Himalayan Salted Fries

Ingredients:

5-6 large potatoes, washed but not peeled

A pinch of Himalayan salt

1 tbsp olive oil

A few sprigs of rosemary coarsely chopped

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°C. Slice the potatoes lengthwise into fries and toss in olive oil, Himalayan salt and rosemary. Bake on your pre-warmed Himalayan salt stone in a 400°C oven for 30-45 minutes. Serve on your salt stone for a beautiful and unusual presentation.
